Rosy: Hey Jack! What’s the problem with you? You always reach office late.
Jack: I am really in trouble. I can’t sleep at night.
Rosy: I have heard you may be fired. You are not doing your work efficiently.
Jack: During the office period I feel sleepy, thus can’t do my work properly. I am helpless.
Rosy: If you are able to get good sleep at night your problem will be solved.
Jack: I want that but I can’t. Probably it is God’s curse on me.
Rosy: You must do something otherwise you will spoil your career.
Jack: I even tried pills. They made me sleep at night but caused headaches during the day. So I stopped
taking them.
Rosy: Pills are temporary solution. I am giving you a few tips to solve the problem permanently.
Jack: Please tell me fast, I am dying to get them.
Rosy: Tip first: take physical exercise twice a day. Tip two: Do meditation for a few minutes before
sleeping. Tip three: Spare at least two hours on every holiday to pursue your hobbies. Your problem will be solved after a couple of weeks.
Jack: Why are you so sure?
Rosy: Because I myself had insomnia (sleeplessness) last year. And I still follow these tips.
Jack: I shall do what you have told. And if my problem is solved I’ll write a blank cheque for you.
Rosy: (laughing) I’ll take, don’t forget it.
