Ronnie: I lost one more chance. I think I can’t succeed in getting a good job. I shall not go for any interview again.

Bobby: You are intelligent still you always lose due to your poor personality. An attractive personality always helps us to climb the ladder of career.
Ronnie: Please guide me what to do. I am frustrated.
Bobby: Join a good institute where you can get some good training in personality development. You need to develop fluency in speaking, good dress sense, and self-confidence.
Ronnie: What has personality to do with my job skills which I am already having? Why can’t the companies see my ability of doing a work well?
Bobby: Instead of blaming the companies or interview board learn the way to face them. And as far as I can understand you need a better personality to solve your problem. World is full of failed skillful people. But a man with powerful personality never fails in life.
Ronnie: I think I must take your suggestion seriously and spare some time to develop my personality.
