Obama Meeting with Dr. Manmohan Singh in USA

MADHU:   Do you think Dr. Manmohan Singh will be able to bring Obama closer to India.

ROCKY:   No.  Obama is a tough politician determined to do everything in favour of USA.  Recently he spoke in favour of China without thinking about India’s disturbance. 

MADHU:  Probably he spoke due to a wider political strategy.  Actually he needs India more on his side.  

ROCKY:   India’s will is considered much weaker comparing to China.  That’s the main reason why anybody can annoy India comfortably while they fear doing so with China.

MADHU:   Dr. Manmohan Singh is wise enough to get appreciation even from his opponents.  He is able to influence Obama too.

ROCKY:   In my opinion his visit will be wasted.  USA listen to us only when it is required.  Otherwise they don’t bother much about India.  They always spoilt Pakistan to India’s annoyance, and they pampered China excessively.  China's might is built with grand scale financial investment by the West.

MADHU:  But they will take us seriously soon as India is a rising economic power.
